HireFrontier is hiring an entry-level Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support digital campaigns for a major staffing and workforce solutions client — hands-on experience across SEO, PPC, social, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

●      Support digital strategy execution aligned with recruitment and staffing goals

●      Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO

●      Assist managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, display, search, social)

●      Create and schedule content: blogs, job posts, social visuals

●      Manage social platforms, calendars, and engagement

●      Support email campaigns, drip sequences, and candidate outreach

●      Monitor performance with Google Analytics and reporting tools

●      Analyze data to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI

●      Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails
