About the Position
LeGiang Holdings LLC is seeking a creative and organized Digital Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to develop content for several affiliated businesses:

This is a hands-on, entry-level position for someone interested in photography, video production, social media, graphic design, and digital marketing. Professional experience is helpful but not required. School projects, personal content, volunteer work, and freelance experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
· Develop content ideas and maintain social media content calendars.
· Take photographs and record videos at offices, customer homes, project sites, and community events.
· Create and edit short-form and long-form videos.
· Design graphics and creative materials for social media posts and digital advertisements.
· Write captions, schedule posts, and publish approved content.
· Coordinate with employees, customers, caregivers, installers, and managers to collect content.
· Create customer testimonials, employee spotlights, educational videos, before-and-after posts, and behind-the-scenes content.
· Organize, label, save, and share photos, videos, graphics, and other digital assets.
· Track views, engagement, clicks, follower growth, and other performance measurements.
· Use performance data to improve future content.
· Follow company requirements regarding copyright, music licensing, customer consent, privacy, HIPAA, and advertising accuracy.
Qualifications
· Creative, dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
· Comfortable taking photos, recording videos, and communicating with others.
· Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
· Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or similar programs.
· Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage projects for multiple businesses.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Willingness to travel locally to offices, projects, and events.
