Job description

Let's be honest- most job postings in this field look the same. This one isn't.
At Aurora Behavior Analysis, we've built something different: a clinical environment where your work is structured, your growth is defined, and your impact is real.
We use the science of behavior to change lives-our clients', their families', and our team's. And we're looking for people who want more than just a job-they want a path, purpose, and progress.
This is a role where you'll work hard, stay active, and yes-have fun too. Because meaningful progress often happens through connection, play, and trust.
Who We're Looking For (Our PRISM Values)
We don't expect perfection-but we do look for people who align with how we work.
At Aurora, we hire and grow team members who embody PRISM:
  • Professionalism - You show up prepared, dependable, and ready to support your clients and team.
  • Resiliency - Some days are challenging. You stay patient, flexible, and focused on progress.
  • Integrity - You value honesty, accuracy, and doing the right thing-even when it's not the easiest path.
  • Self-Discipline - You can balance structure with creativity-following plans while still bringing energy, playfulness, and engagement to each session.
  • Moldability - You're coachable. You welcome feedback, apply it, and continue to grow.

If you're someone who wants to grow into a strong clinician-and you're willing to be coached, challenged, and supported-you'll do well here.
What You'll Gain
Reliable Income & Stability
  • Guaranteed minimum hours based on your availability
  • No last-minute cancellations cutting your paycheck
  • Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)
Performance-Based Earnings
  • Monthly bonus structure on top of hourly pay
  • Clear expectations tied to measurable performance
Comprehensive Benefits
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Supplemental coverage options
  • Paid holidays after 30 days (12 paid holidays throughout the year)
  • 40 hours PTO after one year

A Career Path-Not Just a Position
We are intentional about building clinicians, not just filling roles.
Step 1: Start as a Registered Line Technician (RLT)
No experience? No problem-we train you.
Step 2: RBT Certification (Fully Sponsored)
  • We cover your coursework costs
  • Immediate pay increase upon certification
Step 3: Tiered Advancement System
  • Multiple RBT levels tied to skill mastery
  • Increased pay + responsibility at each tier
Step 4: Specialization & Leadership
  • Intensive Care Team (higher complexity cases + premium pay)
  • Promote into Trainer or Team Lead roles
Step 5: BCBA Pathway
  • Supervision hours + mentorship provided
  • Structured support toward graduate-level careers

What You'll Do
  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions focused on communication, behavior, and independence
  • Collect and record precise, high-quality data using digital systems
  • Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
  • Work directly with a BCBA, including weekly coaching and feedback in person.
  • Uphold clinical and ethical standards, including HIPAA compliance
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stay physically active and engaged throughout the day
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow clinically
Join a Team Built for Growth
At Aurora Behavior Analysis, your work is:
  • Measured (through real client outcomes)
  • Supported (through consistent supervision and training)
  • Rewarded (through pay, bonuses, and advancement)

If you're looking for a role where your effort directly translates into client progress and career growth, this is where you start.
