Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated entry-level Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work, and are ready to contribute to a variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
  • Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, welders, etc.) as directed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
  • Help set up and take down job site equipment and structures
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support project needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • An ideal applicant will have 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
