  • Develop engineering details, calculations, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Manufacturing, and Field Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in design meetings and solve real-world engineering challenges.
  • Learn industry-leading structural analysis software and engineering tools.
  • Visit manufacturing facilities and project sites to understand how designs are fabricated and installed.
  • Support multiple projects while developing technical and project management skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
  • EIT certification or the ability to obtain shortly after graduation.
  • 0–3 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Internship or co-op experience is a plus but not required.
  • Passion for structural engineering and a desire to build a long-term career.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework in reinforced concrete, steel design, structural analysis, or seismic design.
  • Experience with ETABS, RAM, RISA, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.

  • Interest in precast concrete design and construction.

Why Clark Pacific?

At Clark Pacific, we invest in engineers early in their careers.

You'll receive mentorship from experienced Structural Engineers while working on some of the most complex projects in the industry. • Learn directly from licensed Professional and Structural Engineers.
  • Gain hands-on experience with design-build delivery.
