Ingram Roofing Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Architectural Sheet Metal Worker to join our Field Operations team. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to fabricate and install high-quality sheet metal components for residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects. Whether working in the shop or on-site, your precision and craftsmanship will play a vital role in completing unique architectural installations.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and install custom sheet metal components (e.g., panels, flashing, gutters, trim, roofing features).

Accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform detailed measurements, cuts, bends, and fittings of sheet metal materials.

Collaborate with field crews, foremen, and project managers to deliver timely, quality installations.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces both on-site and in the shop.

Adapt to outdoor work environments and variable weather conditions.


Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and/or installation preferred (willing to train driven, entry-level candidates).

Ability to read and follow blueprints and detailed construction documents.

Comfortable with mechanical tasks, measurements, and construction tools.

Prior roofing or general construction experience is a plus.

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license required.
