The Opportunity

You will launch your career in the skilled trades by assisting in the installation of high-end architectural systems at prestigious coastal properties and resorts. This entry-level role provides direct mentorship from expert installers, offering you a clear path to advance into lead positions. You will drive the success of complex projects across the Southeast for a company that has defined craftsmanship since 1975 while benefiting from consistent year-round work and a strong pipeline of high-end projects.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Support the installation of custom motorized pergolas, awnings, and sunrooms at luxury residential and commercial sites.

  • Assist crew leaders with precise measurements, assembly of structural components, and specialized fastening tasks.

  • Maintain a safe and organized job site by managing material flow and ensuring all tools are properly handled.

  • Execute the loading and unloading of high-quality materials and equipment to ensure project readiness.

  • Utilize hand and power tools daily to complete diverse tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.

  • Develop technical expertise in carpentry and mechanical systems through structured on-the-job training.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong work ethic and a track record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
