Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair is growing, and we're looking for an experienced outside sales professional who knows how to run an in-home appointment, diagnose a problem, present a solution, and close the deal.

We provide the leads. You provide the hustle.

What You'll Do
  • Run pre-qualified, pre-scheduled in-home appointments
  • Inspect foundations and crawlspaces and identify problems
  • Design and present the right solution for the homeowner
  • Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale
  • Follow up and manage your pipeline
  • Work with our operations team from sold job to installation
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience — required
  • Home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or similar experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Confident, competitive, and comfortable talking to homeowners
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable getting into crawlspaces and around construction sites
  • Valid driver's license and clean background

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
