Position Title: Project Manager/Estimator

Location: Bend, OR

Position Summary

Project Manager/Estimator will have responsibilities or roles in billing, change orders, accurate proposals, specification requirements and project scheduling.

Responsibilities include: Project Management
  1. Build and maintain owner/client relationship
  2. Organize tasks to be completed
  3. Review and implement HCSS project budgets
  4. Code invoices received on the job to proper budget item
  5. Track and manage change order work
  6. Create and implement project schedule
Estimating
  1. Estimate project cost using HCSS
  2. Develop project takeoff and value engineering
  3. Attend pre-bids, pre-jobs and project meetings
  4. Review and evaluate job costs and budget with accounting staff
  5. Perform assigned tasks in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner observing all safety laws, policies and rules

Position Requirements
  1. 4-year CEM and/or Engineering degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
  2. Advanced Math Skills
  3. Experience through internships or summer job(s), particularly in equipment operation and/or maintenance
  4. CADD/Survey Experience
  5. Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Bluebeam Revu
  6. Experience using estimating software, HCSS preferred
  7. Experience with GPS/Survey and CAD/3d Modeling preferred
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  9. Possess a valid current Driver's License
  10. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
