Job description

PM INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our Goal: The purpose of this program is to develop highly skilled, dependable, and qualified Construction Project Managers. Providing a path from Entry-Level to competent leaders.
As a PM intern, you will learn how to oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, budgeting, as well as revenue and profit forecasting. You'll gain hands-on experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, tracking project progress, and communicating with engineers, owner's representatives, as well as site superintendents and crews. You will also develop leadership skills by observing how to manage teams effectively and problem-solve issues that arise on-site. This internship will give you a strong foundation in both the technical and management aspects of construction supervision. Expect 70% office time and 20% field time.
Pay is subject to experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 18 Years of Age

  3. Drivers License / Reliable Transportation
  4. Pass a Drug Screening
