Job Opening: Residential Loan Processor

Citizens Bank & Trust

Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Loan Processor to join our lending team. This role is critical in preparing residential loans for closing while ensuring full compliance with current regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare residential loans for closing, ensuring all regulatory and documentation requirements are met.

  • Coordinate closely with title companies to meet agreed-upon closing dates and times.

  • Work collaboratively with Residential Loan Processors to prepare closing documents for all residential portfolio loans.

  • Process a variety of loan types, including but not limited to Construction Loans, ensuring all required steps are completed prior to funding.

  • Monitor construction loan progress and documentation to support timely and accurate funding.

  • Manage and complete table-funded loans sold to the secondary market, including a clear understanding of required procedures and documentation.

  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and timeliness throughout the loan closing process.
