Entry-Level Position with Apprenticeship Opportunities!

Are you looking for a career where you can work with your hands, learn a specialized trade, and grow with a company that values its employees? Leonard & Sons is hiring entry-level Laborers to join our team. This seasonal position offers opportunities to advance into Apprenticeship Roles as either a Masonry Technician or a Certified Chimney Sweep Technician.

Day-to-Day Tasks May Include:

  • Assisting lead technicians or masons on job sites.

  • Preparing and cleaning work areas (drop cloths, vacuums, protective gear, etc.).

  • Carrying, staging, and mixing materials (brick, mortar, tools, chimney parts).

  • Supporting masonry projects: tuckpointing, chimney rebuilds, fireplace repairs.

  • Supporting chimney service: sweeping chimneys, handling vacuums, assisting with inspections and liner installs.

  • Loading/unloading trucks and keeping equipment organized.

  • Ensuring safety standards are followed on roofs and job sites.

  • General labor duties (lifting, cleaning, debris removal).
