About us:

We are the largest pool building/service company in New England, and we have an exciting position open for Construction Laborers! Our office is located in North Billerica, MA. We provide construction services to residential/commercial markets in the New England area. We employ over 200 people.  We have many opportunities for growth and to further a career here at South Shore Gunite Pools & Spas, Inc.
About the job:  Construction Laborer:
  • Following instructions from supervisors/crew leaders.
  • This is an entry-level position with room for growth, experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. 
  • Seasonal position, generally from April through November, could go year-round. 
  • Use various hand tools, including Skilsaw and sledgehammer.
  • Able to travel overnight on occasion.
  • Early start time till job is completed.  
  • A valid driver's license is highly recommended, must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent hand-eye-coordination skills.
  • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Able to work independently or as an active member of a crew.
  • Excellent attendance. 
  • General clean up around work site. 
  • Work site are outdoors in all kinds of weather.
  • Must be a self-motivated and reliable person with the desire to learn.
  • Ability to work and communicate as a team player.

Job Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license – (Preferred).
  • Available to do overnight trips.
  • Occasional Saturday work.
