Job description

Join a well-established, family-run precast concrete manufacturing business located in Marshfield, MA. As a Laborer, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality concrete products, working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime and immediate openings. The company values a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team spirit. Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of precast concrete products, including forming, pouring, curing, handling, storage, and shipping.
  • Build forms and set up molds for specific products; strip finished products from molds.
  • Measure work piece dimensions to ensure accuracy of mold setup.
  • Finish fresh concrete after pouring into prepared molds.
  • Handle and assemble rebar cages according to production specifications.
  • Perform general production and maintenance duties as needed.
  • Operate equipment required to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Follow established production schedules, processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Experience with precast or concrete manufacturing is a plus.
  • Practical carpentry skills and knowledge of basic tools preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks safely at all times.
  • Quality-conscious with a strong work ethic and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Successful completion of drug screening and physical required.
  • Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Marshfield, MA 02050 before starting work.
Compensation

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Overtime opportunities available.
