The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our growing service team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
Position OverviewAs a Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You'll be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments
Coordinating courtesy shuttle rides, drivers, and pick-up/delivery service
Managing and submitting fleet business repair orders
Making occasional outbound calls to schedule recall work and generate new business
This is an entry-level position-no dealership experience is required. We're willing to train the right candidate!

Customer service focused with excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
