Tom Hollandsworth State Farm Agency is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start a sales career in a professional, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities include generating insurance quotes, conducting consultative sales conversations, closing new business, following up with leads, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, cross-selling additional coverage, and providing prompt, accurate customer service. The role also includes prospecting, appointment setting, and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission, monthly and annual performance bonuses, paid time off, a benefit allowance, and a retirement program beginning January 2026. A signing bonus is available for the right candidate.

Required skills include sales, entry-level sales, inside sales, customer service, cold calling, appointment setting, communication skills, relationship building, time management, goal orientation, problem solving, and basic computer and CRM skills.

Applicants must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license. Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and guidance throughout the licensing process.
