Job Title: Sales Support Department: Sales Support

Reports To: Sales Support Manager/ISM/Branch Mgr/ Sales Support Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports Account Managers in meeting the customer's needs.
  • Enters customer orders and quotes into the computer system.
  • Researches, and follows up on open customer orders.
  • Responsible to keep Open Order Reports current and process Return Authorizations.
  • Obtain proof of delivery for customers.
  • Aids in general clerical work such as correspondence & filing.
  • Researches to find products not currently in the portfolio.
  • Enters, processes and maintains quality event records.
  • Accounts Receivable follow up with customers
  • Literature distribution
  • Other tasks as assigned
