Reporting directly to the company’s Monitoring Supervisors, this role is critical to the success and reputation of our company, as we rapidly grow in the marketplace.

Monitoring Operators Responsibilities
  • Remotely monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of client premises.
  • Conduct surveillance to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents in internal software programs and report any suspicious behavior to appropriate authorities.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.
Monitoring Operators Qualifications
    • Flexibility in the days you are available, with availability to work nights, every other weekend, and stat holiday shifts (as needed).
      • We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.

    • Availability to work 7 shifts (84 hours) in a 2-week period.

    • Ability to work 12 hour shifts, while seated at a desk.

    • Individuals who have a high attention to detail, and ability to identify potential security risks.

    • Experience in contacting emergency services, such as police, ambulance, and fire is preferred, but not necessary.

    • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

    • Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with software such as MS Office, Google Chrome, and other basic computer programs.

    • Sound communication skills, both oral and written in English and French, are necessary.

    • A post-secondary education or equivalent experience, in any field.

    • Quality references that will vouch for your work, attitude, and attendance.

    • Ability to provide a clear criminal background check.
