Job description

Capitol Bridge is seeking a full-time onsite Document Support Specialist to join our growing team in Columbia, SC. Since 1999, our employees have been entrusted with helping the business of government work better for our customers. To prepare you for this role, Capitol Bridge provides comprehensive paid training when you start.


Hours of Operations: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm


Start Date: TBD


Pay and Benefits:

  • $17.50/hour

Duties: 

  • Prepare documents to be electronically scanned.
  • Scan paper files and images into the system.
  • Review the scanned document images electronically to verify that all pages within the document were scanned accurately and completely.
  • Index digital files and media and transfer for official records.
  • Create case records for assignment and tracking of digital files.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

     - Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
      - Experience in an administrative/technical support role.
      - Must be proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office products, the Internet, and other systems.
      - Highly organized with ability to prioritize.

- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.

- United States citizenship is required.

- Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
