Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking recent or upcoming graduates (Marketing, Business, Construction Sciences, or related 4-year degree) to join our team as an Entry-Level Proposal Coordinator in our Lawrenceville, GA office. This is a fantastic launchpad role for someone eager to break into federal contracting and the construction industry. May 2026 graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

We are a growing Federal General Contractor specializing in Critical Facilities and Infrastructure projects. Our portfolio is built around high-priority requirements for U.S. Department of Defense clients and Department of State contracts

We deliver mission-critical construction solutions that support national security and infrastructure needs. The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities: Learn and then lead proposal coordination efforts for federal construction opportunities. Work directly with our senior leadership team, project managers, estimators, and corporate support services to compile, organize, and submit high-quality proposals. Support the full proposal lifecycle - from opportunity tracking and kick-off meetings to final production and submission.

Contribute to marketing initiatives, including drafting website content, creating marketing collateral, and coordinating social media posts that highlight our project successes and capabilities. Help maintain proposal libraries, past performance databases, and compliance documentation. Gain hands-on exposure to federal contracting processes, government regulations (FAR/DFARS), and the unique demands of critical infrastructure projects.

This role starts with structured training and mentorship and quickly transitions into independent ownership of coordination responsibilities as you build confidence and capability.
