Job description

As a Textron employee, you'll take on meaningful work from day one-contributing to real projects and collaborating with experienced team members across the business. This entry-level opportunity is designed to help you build your skills, gain exposure across functions, and grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies. 

  • Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations. 

  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.

  • Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues. 

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly. 

  • Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features. 

  • Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. 

  • Other duties as assigned.
