Looking for a way to gain experience within the Biopharma industry? Kelly Science and Clinical is seeking an Associate to support Warehouse and Quality operations for a customer progressing lifesaving therapies.
 
Job Title: Quality Associate
Location: Stafford, TX
Rate: $22-25/hr. (commensurate w/ experience)
Length of Assignment: 6 months
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8am–4:30pm
 
Position Summary
The Entry-Level Quality/Warehouse Associate will support warehouse and quality operations related to incoming raw materials. This role is well suited for candidates with an Associate degree in Science, Biology, or a related field, including those beginning their careers in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. The position is responsible for assisting with inspection, handling, documentation, storage, and release of raw materials used in manufacturing and laboratory operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and components
  • Verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documentation
  • Support raw material release activities under supervision
  • Label, organize, and store materials appropriately in the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material records
  • Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures
  • Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Operations teams
 
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Science, Biology, or related field required
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Ability to follow written procedures and documentation practices
