As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into user stories, and manage a prioritized product backlog. You’ll facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of features. Responsibilities include leading requirement sessions, refining backlog items, supporting Agile practices, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
