We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business teams in analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying business problems and process improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, process flows, user stories, and reports.
- Analyze business data using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Assist with requirement validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Basic understanding of the Business Analyst lifecycle.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
