This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory management, or manufacturing. You'll gain hands-on experience working with inventory systems, investigating discrepancies, supporting logistics operations, and partnering with teams across the company to keep products moving accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Inventory Accuracy & System Management

  • Review and validate daily inventory transactions across multiple systems.
  • Monitor inventory records and identify discrepancies, missing transactions, or data issues.
  • Support inventory transfers, adjustments, and inventory movements between locations.
  • Help ensure inventory systems accurately reflect operational activity.

Investigate & Resolve Inventory Issues

  • Research receiving discrepancies such as shortages, overages, damages, and incorrect shipments.
  • Follow established procedures to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Document findings, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Escalate complex or non-routine issues when necessary.

Support Inventory Counts & Audits

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
  • Research inventory variances and support reconciliation efforts.
  • Maintain documentation needed for inventory reporting and audits.

Logistics & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate shipment information with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Support inventory and order requests across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution teams to resolve inventory-related issues.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Support inventory clean-up initiatives and system updates.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
