Primary Responsibilities
โ€ข Monitor existing process execution to ensure completion
โ€ข Execute & review existing process QC reports
โ€ข Review wiki and other documentation to understand existing processes purpose and steps
โ€ข Update Wiki documentation to improve team documentation
โ€ข Review ETL QC reports and identify any data quality issues
โ€ข Run existing scripts to update DWH
โ€ข Perform QC to ensure proper execution and completeness of DWH
โ€ข Run existing scripts to generate client reports
โ€ข QC & review report providing feedback to internal customers & stakeholders
โ€ข Assist with minor modifications & enhancements to reports
โ€ข Save all work with careful documentation (for QC and future use)
Responsibility Details
โ€ข Automate existing production code
โ€ข Assist with development of ad-hoc reports
โ€ข Know all client file inputs for a campaign, understand which would be critical for campaign processing and how the fields within each file are used in the campaign and results reporting
โ€ข Understand the content of the data in the environment as well as basic usage of it
โ€ข Understand the basic account business objectives and different business terminologies
โ€ข Understand the account basic business requirements and how it applies to the role
Education and Experience
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or similar field required
โ€ข Work experience a plus
โ€ข Direct Marketing experience or knowledge a plus
โ€ข Certifications/Technical training are a plus
Job Skills
โ€ข Ability to learn SQL, Tableau, automation scheduling software
โ€ข Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
