Overview

This programmer role requires on-site presence and is not a remote role. 

Responsibilities

Primary Job Functions:

 

  • Application Development, Testing & Documentation
    • Debug and enhance technical projects using approved tools while meeting strict system restoration and delivery milestones.
    • Deploy structured testing frameworks to validate code patches and verify performance against stable historical baselines.
    • Analyze relational table schemas and complex data flows to safely map out integration patches for existing systems.
    • Resolve complex technical issues to optimize legacy codebase performance and maintain high enterprise system uptime.
    • Maintain precise documentation of code modifications, bug validation results, and production hotfixes in internal repositories.
  • Data Extraction and Analysis
    • Diagnose system anomalies and application bugs, deploying timely production patches to minimize operational downtime.
    • Maintain and utilize enterprise data extraction tools to safely retrieve raw datasets from fragmented production sources.
    • Troubleshoot and optimize active data processing workflows, managing data profiling, structural cleansing, and schema mapping.
    • Reconcile and audit processed production datasets against legacy environments to eliminate discrepancies and guarantee zero data loss.
  • Reports and Visualization
    • Monitor enterprise operational dashboards to track software reliability, system uptime, and runtime KPIs
    • Configure built-in analytics modules to build and modify custom data visualizations, including API telemetry and Avatar performance metrics.
    • Audit backend system metrics proactively to catch operational anomalies, isolating infrastructure bugs before they impact production.
    • Resolve incoming ad-hoc data investigations by extracting, formatting, and distributing accurate system reports for cross-functional teams.
  • Implementation & Coordination of New Applications
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors and interface engineers during system integrations.
    • Assist in the architectural creation, strategy, and scoping of the implementation master plan.
    • Communicate with internal IT resources to support existing applications.
    • Monitor project trajectory continually against benchmarked deployment goals to maintain execution speed.
    • Provide progress updates regularly to senior department leadership and communicate potential development risks or bottlenecks proactively.
  • Other Administrative Duties
    • Engage actively in company-wide Performance Improvement activities to elevate service standards.
    • Represent the department productively on designated AltaPointe committees upon leadership request.
    • Manage individual administrative workloads efficiently to complete all assigned duties within target deadlines.
    • Cultivate a highly compassionate environment by interacting with all consumers with absolute dignity and respect.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
    • Strong knowledge in the .NET framework using C# within Microsoft Visual Studio.
    • Solid understanding of MVC, Web-API, SOAP, and WCF frameworks
    • Solid working knowledge of SQL Server with strong expertise in writing and optimizing T-SQL
    • Strong knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Angular, and CSS/Razor frameworks.
    • Good knowledge in designing reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports
