Ideal Candidate Summary: Junior IT Administrator (0-3 years preferred) with strong Microsoft infrastructure fundamentals, hands-on desktop/network support experience, a problem-solving mindset, and the initiative to independently manage day-to-day IT operations. Azure/cloud exposure is a differentiator, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important than deep technical expertise. About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft-based technology infrastructure. You will maintain our Windows environment, support end users, and ensure the security and availability of all IT services across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, workstations, printers, and network devices Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory and Azure AD Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Provide level 1 & 2 helpdesk support via ticketing systems, email, and in-person Monitor network performance, manage firewalls, VPNs, and Windows Defender configurations Manage device enrollment and compliance policies using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery using Windows Server Backup or Azure Backup Apply Windows updates and patches via WSUS or Microsoft Update Management Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and IT procedures
