Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Production Support Analyst position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Support day-to-day production operations and production applications.

  • Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform issue triage and escalation.

  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and assist with problem resolution.

  • Develop and use Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, and support.

  • Collaborate with developers, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve production support processes.

Skills:

  • Python scripting, automation, and troubleshooting.

  • Production support and application support fundamentals.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Data analysis and pattern identification.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Experience:

  • Entry-level technology support experience or strong foundational knowledge of IT/technology.

  • Experience with production monitoring, issue triage, escalation, or technical support is a plus.

Education:
