We are looking for dependable Production Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team. We have multiple shifts available and looking to hire as soon as possible. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career!

Shift - 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2am

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, repair, inspect, and test medical device components following detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.
  • Handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
  • Perform routine manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality and production standards.
  • Follow written procedures, work instructions, and verbal directions accurately.
  • Maintain complete and accurate manufacturing documentation and production records.
  • Ensure all products remain traceable and compliant with quality requirements.
  • Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software for documentation and production tracking.
  • Identify and communicate production issues, quality concerns, and process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and able to work in the US with no sponsorship
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate systems and comfortable learning programs.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail along with data entry skills.
  • Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week and be flexible with over time.
