[About the Role]
Join Indotronix as an Electronics Assembler 1 and launch your manufacturing career in Buffalo, NY! Work onsite during the second shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) and play a vital role building advanced electronic assemblies for a dynamic, growth-focused organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop hands-on skills and progress within the electronics industry.
[Responsibilities]
- Assemble and solder electronic components following detailed diagrams, drawings, and instructions
- Perform tasks such as circuit card assembly, BGA rework, microelectronics assembly, electromechanical builds, and cable harness fabrication
- Conduct continuity checks on in-process and finished work
- Operate production equipment like soldering stations, crimp tools, microscopes, and ovens safely
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with company and industry standards, identifying and reworking nonconformances
- Accurately record production data in shop floor systems and quality records
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes
- Uphold safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanliness standards in the work area
- Complete in-house workmanship training for continued employment

- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in assembly or electronics
- Quick learner able to adapt to new tasks and processes
- Capable of moving items up to 10 pounds
