Comlux also offers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services.  Specializing in highly customized aircraft, Comlux transforms aircraft into personalized flying environments that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, precision engineering, and uncompromising safety.

Role Description
Under direct supervision, the Completions Lining Technician Trainee assists with basic tasks related to the installation of aircraft cabin lining components including headliners, sidewalls, dados, and other interior panels used in VIP aircraft completion projects. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on training in aircraft interior installation techniques while developing familiarity with engineering drawings, materials, tools, and company procedures. The trainee works closely with experienced technicians to learn proper installation methods while ensuring work is performed in accordance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Functions
Assist technicians with the installation of aircraft cabin lining components including headliners, sidewalls, and interior panels.
Learn proper handling, preparation, and installation techniques for fabricated aircraft lining components.
Assist with preparation of work areas, tools, and materials required for installation tasks.
Support technicians by retrieving materials and ensuring components are available to maintain workflow.
Follow all department safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Learn to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and material specifications related to aircraft interior installations.
Assist in maintaining compliance with documentation requirements in accordance with the Comlux Repair Station Quality Manual (RSQM) and other quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of aircraft interior installation processes and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical or trade school training in aviation maintenance, cabinetry, carpentry, or related skilled trades preferred.
0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, interior installation, or related technical field preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn aircraft interior installation techniques.

Required Skills and Abilities
Strong willingness to learn aircraft interior installation processes and techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under close supervision.
Basic understanding of hand tools and shop equipment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
