Job description

We are seeking an entry level Construction Estimator - Junior Project Manager that can provide accurate estimates on Commercial Door – Frame and Hardware packages and detailed shop drawing and hardware schedules. We’re also interested in the candidate’s ability to be proficient in managing or detailing multiple projects for the furnishing of doors, frames and hardware for commercial construction.

We would also consider a candidate that is proficient in project management from other areas in the Commercial Construction business.

Candidates should be highly organized, self – motivated. Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications is preferred. Candidates should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as competent decision-making skills.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word along with an aptitude for learning all types of computer software is a must form this position.
