Position Overview


We are seeking an entry-level CAD Drafter to support the development and production of technical drawings and design documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their drafting and design skills while working alongside experienced engineering and design professionals.


Key Responsibilities


· Create and revise technical drawings using CAD software


· Assist with drafting utility, civil, and infrastructure-related plans


· Maintain drawing standards and ensure accuracy of design documents


· Incorporate redline markups and design revisions into project drawings


· Organize and maintain project files and drawing records


· Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams to support project deliverables


· Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements


· Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines and production schedules



Qualifications


· 0–2 years of CAD drafting experience


· Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation


· CADD Certificate, Associate Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design, or equivalent related experience


· Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude


· Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and technical information


· Strong organizational and communication skills
