Location: Malabar, FL | Shift: 2nd (Mon-Thurs, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM)
About the Role
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician A and launch your career in an innovative, fast-paced environment. This entry-level role supports critical manufacturing operations across shared services, collaborating with engineers and technicians to ensure exceptional product quality. Gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment and software while developing foundational skills for long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate inline cleaning equipment to maintain circuit card assembly cleanliness and quality standards
- Safely perform depaneling of circuit card assemblies using approved tools and procedures
- Execute precise cycle counts to support inventory control and production accuracy
- Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and manufacturing process improvements
- Conduct quality testing and rework on parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies
- Collect and evaluate operating data, making real-time adjustments as needed
- Support additional manufacturing-related tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
