Entry-Level CAD Drafter / Junior Designer

Location: Andover, MA (On-site 5 days/week to start, with hybrid flexibility as training and performance milestones are achieved)

Are you a or early-career professional looking to turn your AutoCAD skills into a long-term design career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading workplace technology and commercial design organization that specializes in modern office environments, workplace technology solutions, video conferencing systems, and AV integration.

You will work alongside experienced designers and project teams, gaining hands-on experience creating real-world designs used in commercial spaces throughout New England. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, technology, and problem-solving and wants to develop their technical drafting skills while learning the commercial design industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and update drawings using AutoCAD
  • Assist designers with workplace technology and commercial design projects
  • Learn how to interpret architectural and construction drawings
