SynergisticIT is looking for entry-level software programmers, IT enthusiasts, Python/Java developers, and data analysts/data scientists. We welcome candidates with all visas and citizens to apply. Recent computer science/engineering/mathematics/statistics or science graduates looking to make their careers in the IT industry are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are serious about their future in the IT industry and have set big goals for themselves are also welcome. We offer skill enhancement programs if candidates are missing skills or experience which our clients need.

Required skills for Java/software programmers include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or IT. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-learners, and technically inquisitive. Experience in programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle is necessary. Knowledge of core Java, JavaScript, C++, software programming, Spring boot, AWS, microservices, and REST API's is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

Required skills for data science/machine learning include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or IT.
