Position Overview
As a CRM & Business Systems Coordinator, you'll help manage one of our company's most valuable assets—our customer data.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams, you'll help maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, improve data quality, support marketing automation, and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone interested in business analytics, CRM systems, marketing technology, data management, or business operations.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn new technologies while making a meaningful contribution to our growing company.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Ensure customer, builder, dealer, and prospect information remains accurate and up to date.
- Import, clean, organize, and validate customer data.
- Support marketing automation initiatives using ClickDimensions.
- Monitor CRM workflows and business processes to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
- Assist with creating reports and dashboards that support business decisions.
- Train and support employees using our CRM platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams on strategic projects.
- Help drive adoption of CRM best practices throughout the organization.
What We're Looking For
We're more interested in your potential than years of experience.
Ideal candidates may have:
- Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Information Technology, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in technology, business systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new software and technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Internship, classroom, or project experience working with databases, CRM systems, or business software is a plus—but not required.

You'll receive:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Exposure to business intelligence, marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Mentorship from experienced business and technology professionals.
- Opportunities to work on cross-functional projects that impact company growth.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote).
- Competitive salary.
- Profit-sharing program.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Short-term disability coverage.
- 401(k) with company match.
- Paid holidays and paid time off.
- Career advancement opportunities.
