Responsibilities

The One 23 Group is looking for a Network Specialist Entry Level, to support a client in Patuxent River, MD. *The ideal candidate will have previous or current NMCI experience.

NMCI Team Support duties include:  capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, additional administrative support duties as required.

Qualifications

The candidate requires experience in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Written/oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS
  • Strong attention to detail of identified data elements
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
