We are a MSP in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications:

  • 1- Proficiency at desktop, server, and network support โ€“ should have complete understanding of firewalls, servers, networks, and desktops.
  • 2- Ability to communicate effectively, follow procedures, and show up on time every day.
  • 3- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • 4- Knowledge of virtualization, office 365, Active Directory, VPN.
  • 5- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • 6- Have a reliable car


Responsibilities:

  • performs on-site installation, of Computers, ย Firewalls, Switches and repair of technical equipment, software, at client locations. (all clients in Massachusetts)
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
