Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Operates complex machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  2. Oversees setups on basic machinery and production lines.
  3. Sets up machines and adjusts settings for various production tasks.
  4. Monitors production processes and performs quality checks.
  5. Conducts minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
  6. Trains and mentors entry-level machine operators.
  7. Documents production metrics and reports discrepancies.
  8. Ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.
  9. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements
  • Proficient in operating various types of machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
