Launch Your Real Estate Career with Confidence – Join Our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Program!

Are you a newly licensed California real estate agent eager to kickstart your career but uncertain about the next steps? Perhaps you have your license but haven't yet found the right team to help you thrive. If you have a proven sales track record—even outside of real estate—are highly coachable, dedicated to your growth, and excel in a collaborative, accountable environment, we want to meet you. This is an in-person opportunity based in Westchester, where you'll gain practical experience, receive top-tier training and mentorship, and learn alongside one of Los Angeles' most esteemed real estate teams as you lay the groundwork for a successful long-term career.

The Stephanie Younger Group at Compass is excited to offer positions in our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Sales Intern Program—a 90-day immersive experience designed to provide you with a dynamic, structured, and supportive entry into the real estate industry.

OBJECTIVE

This 90-day role is an intensive, performance-driven training program crafted to develop the conversational skills and daily habits essential for excelling as a full-time buyer’s Agent on our team. The program emphasizes execution and is structured to instill the daily disciplines of a high-performing agent—accountability, time management, measurable activity, disciplined CRM pipeline management, and proactive follow-up—while enhancing interpersonal skills and consultative conversation expertise through real-world application.

The primary focus is on outbound lead generation and sales proficiency. Participants are expected to engage in daily calling, master approved scripts through continuous role-play and real-world use, effectively overcome objections, properly vet and manage leads, and consistently set appointments for our team agents. Success in the program comes from adhering to proven processes and applying skills daily with measurable execution.

This is an in-office role, Monday through Thursday, with Open House field work on Sundays, for a schedule of no more than 29 hours per week.
