Embark on Your Real Estate Journey with Confidence – Join Our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Program!

Are you a newly licensed California real estate agent ready to kickstart your career but unsure of the next steps? Do you hold a license but haven't yet found the ideal team or brokerage to propel your success? Or perhaps you've begun your journey but haven't closed a transaction yet? Are you seeking hands-on experience, top-notch training, and the chance to collaborate with one of the most esteemed real estate teams in Los Angeles?

The Stephanie Younger Group at Compass is thrilled to offer positions in our Agent Launch Pad (ALP) Sales Intern Program—a 90-day experience crafted to provide you with a dynamic, structured, and supportive entry into the real estate industry.

The primary focus is on outbound lead generation and sales proficiency. 2. Training on industry-leading tools such as Follow Up Boss, Compass One, and more
  3. Mastery of lead generation, sales conversion tactics, and appointment setting
  4. Practice and refinement of sales scripts and presentations
  5. Hands-on mentorship within a collaborative, high-energy team environment

Your Responsibilities:

  2. Set a minimum of 30 qualified appointments within 90 days
  3. Shadow open houses and gain proficiency in MLS, FUB, and our SYG Buyer Consultation Presentation
  4. Learn our proprietary sales system and CRM workflows
