Communications Clerk

Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is seeking an entry level Communications Clerk to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to: 

  • Thrive in a high-paced and busy environment.
  • Work in a paperless environment.
  • Meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer service phone calls and respond to questions about existing shipments
  • Monitor shipments in the shipment pickup dashboard
  • Provide updates to branch offices and customers on shipment status and information regarding the shipment
  • Rating/Pricing
  • Data entry
  • On-call duty as trained and assigned
  • Occasional morning or night shifts assigned as necessary to support department needs

Qualifications:

  • Detail Oriented
  • Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work On-call duty as trained and required.
  • Must be willing to work occasional morning or night as required.
