POSITION PROILE:
Pinnacle Mortgage Corp is expanding its Commercial Lending Division and seeking experienced Commercial Loan Officers to develop new business relationships, structure financing solutions, and help businesses achieve their growth objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Develop and manage relationships with business owners, investors, and commercial real estate professionals
• Originate Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Owner-Occupied, Investment Property, Construction, and Business Lending opportunities
• Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and credit profiles
• Structure financing solutions tailored to client objectives
• Present loan opportunities for underwriting and credit approval
• Manage transactions from application through closing
• Partner with attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and internal teams to ensure smooth closings
• Build referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate brokers, and financial advisors
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently generate new business opportunities
COMMERCIAL LENDING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
• Multifamily Lending
• Construction & Development Financing
• Investor & Owner-Occupied Properties
• SBA Lending Experience a Plus
• Business Banking Relationships
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Commercial Credit Underwriting Knowledge
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Proven Commercial Loan Officer, Commercial Banker, or Business Development experience
• Demonstrated success originating commercial loans and developing client relationships
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products and credit structures
• Excellent networking, sales, and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and structure creative financing solutions
• Self-motivated with a strong business development mindset
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
