No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training, industry certifications, and opportunities for advancement. Experienced Construction Inspectors and Field Technicians are also encouraged to apply and will be compensated based on experience.
What You'll Do
As a Construction Support Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on commercial construction projects throughout Northern Virginia. You'll become the eyes and ears of the project, helping ensure construction meets engineering plans and quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
  • Observing construction activities on active job sites
  • Testing and inspecting concrete, soil, asphalt, and masonry
  • Learning to read and interpret construction plans
  • Documenting field observations and preparing reports
  • Working closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track
  • Traveling locally to project sites in company vehicles
