We're looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our Tempe team.

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We're looking for someone who understands collision repair, supplements, insurance procedures, cycle time management, and how to keep repairs moving without sacrificing quality while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Write complete and accurate repair plans
  • Perform vehicle inspections and damage analysis
  • Identify hidden damage during teardown
  • Manage supplements and insurance communications
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Coordinate with production teams to keep repairs moving efficiently
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively resolve delays
  • Maintain complete and accurate repair documentation
  • Support cycle-time goals while maintaining exceptional repair quality
What We're Looking For
  • Previous collision estimating experience required
  • Strong understanding of repair planning and supplement management
  • Knowledge of insurance repair procedures and claims processes
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, insurance partners, and technicians
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience handling Progressive claims is a strong plus
  • I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus
