Dental Operations Manager – Charm Dental CareCharm Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Operations Manager to join our leadership team.

This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed dental teams, understands the business side of dentistry, and knows how to coach people while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Salary-$70,000 + Benefits + Bonus 

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has strong experience with:
  • Dental management and team leadership
  • Open Dental – strong proficiency preferred
  • Treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
