As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will focus on developing innovative software solutions, using your knowledge to design, code, and test applications that enhance business performance. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) to verify system requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices to improve software development and delivery efficiency
- Managing client relationships and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts
- Collaborating with teams to generate new ideas and solve problems using a broad range of tools and methodologies
- Upholding professional and technical standards to maintain quality and compliance within projects
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for software development projects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in Software Engineering for each missing year of college is required
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
