Job description

Are you a detail oriented, dependable warehouse pro with proven forklift skills? TE-CO Manufacturing is hiring a Raw Material Handler/Packer to join our team.

About Us TE-CO has been providing innovative workholding solutions for manufacturers for over 100 years. As an independent, family owned company, we're proud of our family of brands, including TE-CO, Toolex, Raptor, Air Vise, and Piranha. We're growing, and this role is central to that growth, keeping raw materials and finished products moving accurately and efficiently through our facility.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, verify, and store incoming raw materials against purchase orders
  • Label materials with proper color codes per company standards
  • Pull materials for work orders and deliver them to the correct machining area
  • Monitor inventory and flag low stock to the right people
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts of raw materials and bolt blanks
  • Pick and package orders for a key distributor of TE-CO products, verifying accuracy and preparing shipping documentation
  • Operate tow motors, electric walk behind lifts, and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move freight
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven, hands on forklift experience required.*
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities

*Forklift Experience: This is not an entry level training position. Candidates must be able to safely and confidently operate tow motors, electric walk behind lifts, and pallet jacks starting on day one. This role requires the ability to maneuver in tight spaces while safely handling and placing 12 ft bars of raw material onto storage racks.
