  • Operate tow motors, electric walk behind lifts, and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move freight
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven, hands on forklift experience required.*
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities

*Forklift Experience: This is not an entry level training position. Candidates must be able to safely and confidently operate tow motors, electric walk behind lifts, and pallet jacks starting on day one. This role requires the ability to maneuver in tight spaces while safely handling and placing 12 ft bars of raw material onto storage racks.

Why TE-CO Join a stable, family owned manufacturer with over a century of history and a team that values excellence and continuous improvement. This is a hands on role where your accuracy and reliability directly support production and customer satisfaction.
