As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing customer service support to tenants and vendors.
Resource's typical working day:
Answer the doorbell, tenant requests
Invoice coding and operational
On 3 building
Responding to onsite tenant request, key fobs- vendors
Will be other managers
Would be the face of the building
Dealing with brokers
Must Have Skills:
MS Office Suite, Excel word
Customer service- have to interact with people, comfortable engaging with tenants
